Mr. Reinfeld serves as Of Counsel at Reinfeld & Cabrera, bringing nearly four decades of comprehensive legal experience in estate planning, probate administration, trust drafting, elder law, and tax planning across Florida, New York, and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Reinfeld earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and History from SUNY Oneonta, later completing his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with an emphasis in Managerial Economics at Nova Southeastern University. He graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law, the same institution where he subsequently obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) specializing in Taxation.
Prior to founding his private practice in 1987, Mr. Reinfeld worked as a staff accountant at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), focusing on complex estate tax analysis, large estate structuring, and corporate tax planning. His legal practice spans all aspects of wealth preservation and family legacy protection, including special needs trusts, spendthrift trusts, charitable trusts, legal guardianship planning, healthcare directives, living wills, and federal estate and gift tax planning.
